We provide a flexible and low cost, live call answering service that you can use as little or as often as you need. We answer your calls when you're not available. All calls are answered in your company name and messages are forwarded by email & text. Calls can also be transferred directly to your landline or mobile phone.
Why should I use a call answering service for my business?
Many people will choose not to leave a voicemail message leading to lost opportunities. A good call answering service will ensure that your company is always available, projecting the image of a professional and well established business, providing comfort to customers and your supply partners alike.
There's no setup or monthly charge. Calls cost just 99p and we even let you try us out free of charge for two weeks.
If you're running a small business or a company with staff working from home we can provide your callers with information such as opening times, website address or directions to your location. Alternatively, we can take messages on your behalf and forward via email or text. Our service is available 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
If you require an extended level of support our operators can answer your calls 24 hours, 7 days a week. A 50p supplement is payable on out of hours calls.
How does it work?
You sign up and we allocate a unique telephone number for your live call handling service.
Forwarding your calls
You can then either divert your existing number to your live call service, divert another number provided by us, or simply advertise the number we allocate for your call handling service as your main incoming number. You can choose if you want to divert all your calls, or perhaps just divert after 'no answer'. All of the major providers support call forwarding for 'all calls','on busy' and 'on no answer', if your unsure if your service does then give us a call; we'll be happy to help.
What happens when a call comes through?
When a call comes in on your allocated number, we know it's for your company (our receptionists see the details on their computer and also hear a 'whispered' introduction before the call is connected).
We introduce ourselves using your company name, in the exact manner that you've asked us to.
Unless a caller asks us directly, we will not disclose our role as a call answering service.
We capture the caller information and any other relevant information you've asked us to during sign up.
We email and/or SMS the relevant party to return your customer's call.
