Prices
We advertise our prices on our website in plain English and there are no hidden costs or per minute charges. Prices start at 99p and the more you spend the lower they go.
Discount Pricing - We offer discounts of up to 20% on call credit purchases to provide charges as low as 79p.
There is a minimum monthly account use of £5.00. As long as your call charges are more than the minimum it's fine. If we had only received 3 calls @ 99p = £2.97 they would be charged an extra £2.03 up to the minimum monthly service spend. The minimum charge is to cover the cost of administering the account and line charges incurred.
Our standard operating hours are 8.30 - 5.30pm, Mon-Fri but we operate 24 hours, 7 days a week and calls answered outside of normal hours are charged an additional fee as advertised above.
